The landscape and maintenance committee is responsible for the appearance and repair of Tiffany Park common areas. These areas include the grass, trees, shrubs, electricity and irrigation along road right of ways.

Water and electricity are installed on the corners of Tiffany Park and Copperfield. Since 2006 to the present, trees and irrigation have been installed along Copperfield Drive. In 2009-10, signage designating Tiffany Park is underway.
